Hi there! I’m the founder of Nth Degree Transaction Services, which I started after my husband and I made the move to beautiful northern Michigan. After putting my license in holding, I realized how much I missed the real estate world—so here I am, back and doing what I love!

With 12 years of successful real estate experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from Detroit investors to buyers and sellers in the million-dollar-plus market. One thing I’ve learned along the way is that every realtor, team, and brokerage operates a little differently, so I take pride in offering a truly personalized approach that fits your unique needs.

On a personal note, I love living an active lifestyle. Whether it's boating in the summer, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter, or hiking the trails with our dog, Gus, we are enjoying our northern Michigan adventures!
